Hisson HB-A2000/1.5L machine is the Auto type of two stage stretch Blow molding machine, auto preform feeding and auto bottle blowing, specially designed for PET bottle blow molding. HB-A2000/1.5L is suitable for blowing the bottle up to 1.5L with 2-cavity Blow Mold.

1, Equip Taiwan Delta PLC system, high precision, high speed and stability
2, Adopt infrared heating lamps, strong penetration and equal heating. Width and height of reflector is adjustable according to different performs.
3, Auto voltage regulation and auto temperature adjusting.
4, Auto alarm, auto fault detection.
5, Air circuit designed as 3 parts include action, pre-blowing and blowing, to meet different pressure requirement for blowing and operation, high pressure for blowing, low pressure for operation.
6, Adopt double axle and main rod articulated mechanism, strong mold clamping, stable movement.
7, High tension tie bar and high class mold platen are durable and have long using life.
8, Mold closing moveable parts adopt high rigidity linear guide way.
